Car won't stay started

We change the alternator the battery and the
negative battery terminal and it still won't take a
charge it even if we jump it with the give it a jump

If the new alternator had to charge a dead battery that may have ruined it . Things need to be tested to find out what's wrong .

Clarification requested. Is the problem....the car will not Crank over like the battery is weak or dead? Or......the car cranks over good....but will not start up...fire up and run?
