disconnected the battery i got bad idle real low an
is it bad to use sea foam spray cleaner on the idel
air control valve

Any time you disconnect the battery, the "base idle" data is lost from the ECU memory. Your Camry's "base idle" needs to be re-learned. Usually, a couple of hours of driving is sufficient for this.
