Toyota Solara Won’t start

Asked by GuruVW1PK Aug 10, 2018 at 03:16 PM about the 1999 Toyota Camry Solara 2 Dr SE V6 Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 99 Toyota Solara that just won’t start, it cranks
but won’t turn on. The fuel pump, starter, alternator,
battery and ignition switch were just recently changed.
Does anyone have any advice on why it won’t turn over?

camshaft/crank sensors are known to cause a no start condition but normally are picked up by obdII. give them a whirl. Maybe a wire came loose from one of them. They keep track of your vehicles timing, crucial sensors there. Sounds like a likely culprit
