jerking when at steady speed

Hi, my car tends to jerk or I guess putter as if its out of gas when I hold the throttle to go a constant speed. The car performs exceptionally well when accelerating or coming to stop. It does this at all speeds as long as its steady. I don't know what is wrong any advice would be helpful thanks

My car is doing the same but someone told me its the crank positioning sensor which is faulty. i havent changed my sensor bt i dont knw if that works
