My Solara turns over but will not start. Changed timing belt and water pump 6 months ago. Just replaced fuel relay, fuel pump and fuel filter. Could it be the timing belt again or something else?

Sounds the same, when turning over, as it did when the timing belt went out 6
months ago. About to change the spark plugs. Could it be the crankshaft
sensor?

Which sensor do u mean? I did change the fuel pump relay. I actually paid someone to put in the timing belt. I agree that maybe he didn't set it correctly. How do I check to see if it's on the wrong time?
