where starter fuse to be replaced in 2005 chevy cavalier

it is red it is a 10 amp fuse and is under the hood next to the drivers fender in the fuse box y do u ask? what isthe car doing?

My starter was dragging wen i started the car and all of a sudden nothing. Like the starter isn't there. But im thinkinh it may be the solenoid on the starter cuz i been jumping off my van alot with it.
