Sounds more like a blend air door problem than a fuse. Fuses are in the power distribution box.

Toyota's mechanics have examined the car and they concluded that the DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RECIRCULATION0 has to be replaced. Do you agree? Could you send me a schematic showing where this part is located. I get the impression that it is located between the engine block and the radiator. So, this is a big job of about 5 hours.

They are just using fancy words to mess with you. but yes the problem is part of the heater box assembly and to get to it they have to remove most of the dash, on some makes this can be well over 1000 bucks for repairs (personal experience there) so that price seems fair.

thanks, but I understand that the DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RECIRCULATION) is located between the engine block and the radiator. So, if there is no heat blowing into the car, is the replacement of this part a possible fix to get warm aair.
