time for tune-up?

I have a 2005 Toyota Solara with 68,000 miles.  I think it's time for a tune-up, but my mechanic brother says it's not.  I get regular oil changes and he says that's all I need until I hit 100,000 miles.  Somehow that doesn't sound right to me.

a tuneup changes sparkplug battery checks alighnment oil change and changes tires if those are fine you shouldn't need one
