What type of engine oil does the ST Model take?

What type of engine oil does the engine require? I wan't to do an oil change but don't know what kind of oil to put in my engine!

For this sporty car I would recommend using synthetic oil. I'm not sure about the exact type - I think it's 10w-30, but am not sure. You may want to call a local Toyota dealer to just ask that quick question.

Regular 10W/30 is suggested, be careful when using synthetic oil, specialists sugggests that you should not revert back to regular if you ever put in snythetic.

i have am a proud owner of a celica and i run q-advanced synthetic oil 10w 30 in the summer and 5w 30 in the winter and yes if u do ever switch over to a sythetic it's best not to go back to regular oil and they also make k&n oil filters wich i personally prefer because they trap 99% of debrees and they have a large nut on the head of the oil filter for easy removal i hope this answer helps you out
