Question type: General

Read all of the blogs on this topic. Checked all of
the fuses. Coolant is full to cold. Brand new
thermostat. (bled air out and filled heater core).
Checked all actuators and all are working properly.
Blend door opens and shuts. (took it all apart and
put it back together) No coolant leak in heater core
into main cabin. Stil blower motor works on all
settings. Only thing that hasn't been done is to
check the controls in the console. (looked at video
on YouTube for that) But that video depicts the
blower control not working at all. Mine blows. What
else can I tear apart to get some heat? (Minnesota
winter setting in)

Even though you've done all that this still wants to sound like air in the system somewhere preventing heated coolant from flowing though the heater core. These engines can be extremely tough to get properly filled sometimes. You may need to take it to a shop equipped with the proper vacuum equipment to draw the air out as the coolant goes in. Just a thought...

Munron.... Thanks for the response. I did take it to the shop just this morning. The tech verified the system was bled and without air in it. Heater core is full and circulation was good. It was diagnosed as failed resistor and blower motor. So I've got those on order and will replace both.
