How to you fix a front left side bumber on
this car it's not Excatly broke it just fell out
of place

Not quite sure what the problem is, (we're gurus, not mind readers) but it sounds like maybe some of the plastic retaining buttons that hold a lot of the front end body parts together may have broken or come loose. Slide under there and have a good look. Push the bumper cover back into place and reattach the clips if you can. If they're broken or missing find one good one and take it to the auto parts store and buy some new ones. Unless the car has been in an accident of some sort, you should be able to button it back together without too much difficulty or expense.
