Timing

Put new timing Chain in a 05 Chevy cobalt 2.2 ecotech
timed it to spec and everything ! Put it back together and
it acts like it had no compression what could be the issue

Run a compression test. What was the reason for replacing the timing chain? If it broke you may have bent valves.
