Will my 1995 Toyota Corolla be able to handle blue halogen headlight bulbs with out causing some wiring problems? Thanks

It should handle any 9005/9006 type bulb (or H4 if you have a European model), personally I see no added value to blue halogen bulbs as the regular bulb provides sufficient light for road use (plus they have a much better price/quality ratio).
The wiring will handle any 65W bulb. Stay away from the 100W bulbs.
I agree with Lars. And if you do put those bulbs in, please make sure they are adjusted properly, I find it very annoying to see those halogen headlights coming at me form the opposite direction maladjusted, they blind me, even on low beam especially like tenspeed said, he is so right on. Thanks for adding that tenspeed.
