Why do my running lights(parking lights) blink on and off when I touch the blinker/head light switch 1996 toyota corolla?

headlights do not flicker off and on, but the parking lights flash off and on when I even
touch the blinker arm. is there a loose connection do you think or is the switch/arm bad?

Replace the switch and safe your self the headack Its a old switch and is worn out
