2001 corolla when cold it starts fine and runs fine as soon as it warms up it wants to die out like it is getting to much or to little fuel,

Also above 2000rpm it runs fine. but when it drops down below that and you slightly push the fuel pedal it wants to choke out.

I would have said the things you already checked and replaced, But that being done, now I'm thinking bad injectors on 2 and 4. Or, it's not going in to closed-loop after warm up and the 02 sensors are being ignored and the ECU compensated by giving it a rich fuel trim. That is from the coolant temperature sending unit bad..not the one for the gauge but there is another coolant sensor for just that and the ECU does not 'know" the engine is warm

When yo changed spark plugs how did the old ones look?

just pulled them out a few days ago and they all looked like they were either burning lean or normal(not burning rich) Cleaned them up and put them back in. still the same issues. after I drive about 4 miles it is at normal operating temp, and dont want to restart easily.It dose after a few minutes of cranking and almost starting or sometimes it starts right up and as soon as I drop it in gear it dies out.

While driving anything under 2000 or 2200 rpm when you step on the fuel pedal it acts like it is choking out. If I drop out of OD or down shift manually it picks right back up

OK I found some information. Have your EPC checked. The Electronic Power Control, aka drive-by-wire system. Could have "flat spot"

who dose that check? can they do it at the auto parts store?
