2004 Toyota Corolla shut off in the highway , the car crank but won't start. Replace the fuel pump motor, replace the crankshaft, check the fuel pump relay check the efi fuse check the spark on the ignition coil and there's a spark and one more thing the tachometer is not moving when you crank the car please help
