H I D (headlights)

I have a Toyota Corolla s 2004 and just put
H I D's, when I turn them on sometimes they
don't come on and if I leave the switch on
and take the fuse out when I put it back they
come on. It kind of sucks that at night every
time I have to go anywhere I have to repeat
this possess. What could be the problem?

rySouds like you have a short in the wiring for the circut. Try to shut down the car, and try to trace the wiring using an ohm meter....
