Why is my car running weird?

Asked by X3r0c00l Aug 29, 2020 at 09:32 PM about the 2005 Toyota Corolla CE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had to remove the battery to install the drivers
side headlights, and after I was done and put the
battery back in, the car feels like it has very low
power in the engine when it is running.  I'm not
sure what could have caused this, any ideas?

Maybe the ECU lost some settings. Drive it for a while and see if this problem clears up.

did you disconnect anything else to gain access to the headlights? Plug in the MAF?

F_O_R was right, I drove it around for a while and now everything is fine thanks for your responses, much appreciated
