I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla with over 300,000 miles. Never had any problems until now. When I turn the key it will start to turn over then will immediately stop and make a click sound. Would it be my solenoid on my starter that is going bad?

More likely battery or corrosion on terminals. If you can hear a click that's the solenoid making contact
In addition to what FordNut posted it could be the starter or other issue. Have the battery tested. Also if you get it running check the voltage at the battery (while running) it should be 13.8 to 14.6. If it is much lower that that the alternator is not charging the battery. A battery must be load tested to determine it's condition.
A testimonial to the Corolla and the 1.8 1ZZ FE Niki. I test drove a 2014 Corolla, and a Camry, ready to buy, but intend to keep my 2006 Corolla until I die or the wheels fall off....whatever comes first.
