My 1996 Prado speedometer and odometer suddenly stopped working. When the car speed increase, the "O/D off" light started blinking. I did a manual diagnostic by jumping the TE1 and E1 terminals, the "check engine" light blinking steadily without any fault code. Would appreciate your help.
