Everything I've read says life expectancy on well maintained Toyota engine is 500-700K miles. I drive a 92 LC with 180K on it, a 96 LX450 with 216K, and a 05 Solara with 110K. I swear by Toyota.

About 300K on my 97. Still going strong with routine maintenance. I assume it will eventually wear out but probably not anytime soon. Oil stays clean pas past 3000 miles.
