I bought this truck with a bad engine. I found a
good 3.0 engine out of a 1988 Toyota truck, Are
there any difference between them.

Yes, as long as bolts up to the transmission. 86 to 95 should all be the same.

Thanks, Yes I'm getting the complete engine wire harness with the engine.
