stripped 12 pt head bolt

I have a 94 toyota pickup v6 3.0l engine one of my head bolts  is rounded  how
can i get it out?

Vice grips perhaps. You could file it square or hex and use a socket or wrench. The last ditch effort could be to grind the head off.
