toyota pickup acts like battery is dead. battery has a full charge. shift from park to drive and back and the truck will start like it not going all the way into park. how do you fix this problem. tha

will not start all the time if you run the transmission from park to drive and
back seem to fix the problem.

I think the safety switch on the shifter is out of adjustment.

Did you ever fix this problem? We are having the same problem and we can't figure out why our truck keeps shutting off. We have new battery and alternator and still shuts off
