quick fix

I have a 1996 Toyota rav 4... it's like it wants
to crank but won't fire up and start... I
changed the fuel pump the distributor cap
and rotor button.. what else can it be?????

Trace has likely got the best answer ( would be my guess as well). But you have checked the battery and alternator and all connections for looseness/corrosion/correct and optimal function(s) didn't you?
