Do to the mileage am going to suggest that your CV joints are worn...although not necessarily torn boots could be worn and going out of balance....have an inspector note the free play and change the axles if worn (probably)~

Driveshaft is more than likely the problem; this is a very long two piece Driveshaft and any binding of the U-Joint will cause a vibration throughout the vehicle. Pull the shaft out and inspect the joints and the CV in the center. WholesaleImportparts.com carry’s replacement Drive shaft for the Rav4 you may want to check them out.
I agree, I had a light vibration on my Rav4 that developed into a strong one over a period of two months. I found a great replacement at wholesaleimportparts.com for a super low price, I highly recommend this place. Jeff
I had a 2006 RAV4 Limited which, after 8 years, had a broken driveshaft. In 2012 I upgraded to the 2012 RAV4 Limited, giving the 2006 to my son, and after 8 years the driveshaft on the 2012 had to be replaced as it was binding at the rear universal joint. It seems to be a Toyota design flaw, never fixed, where said driveshaft will break after 8 years.
