sounds to me like your low on coolant and the thermostat needs changed,,, could probably use a coolant flush

When I'm driving and I turn on the heat, the rpm drops and my car shuts off

right so go check your coolant and see if its low and tell me what you find out,,, also do you have any check engine lights on ?

the reason why low coolant can cause issues is because when its low the coolant temp sensor isn't getting a proper reading,, the coolant temp sensor tells the ECU what temp your car is running at and adjusts fuel timing etc based off of that

All of my car fluids are always refilled when I get my oil change which I did a few weeks ago. No check engine light is on.
