2001 rav 4 fuel pump

Where does the current to the fuel pump come
from as soon as you turn the edition?

Thank you for that answer. I have another question to be sure. In the book it states that the fuel pump has 2 relays, one is the main, and the other is the icu. Which one is giving the fuel pump the current when the key is turned on? Is there supposed to be a 2 second pause to prime the system to pressurize the system? If so, where would the current come from, which of the 2 relays?

There is no power to the 2nd plug white one and gauge is reading empty gauge not working at all . Has no power to it how do I fix that
