There should be a placard on one of the door jams that lists the correct tire pressure for you vehicle. In addition, try checking your owner's manual (if you have one). Finally, you can always make a call to your local Toyota dealer's service department and see what they have to say.

Based on info on the driver side door of my rav4 the recommended pressure is 29 psi.

2004 rav4 door placard states 29psi all the way around on all 4 tires.
