How do I fix the shifting problem for my 2002 toyota rav 4?

I have a transmission shifting problem related to the ecm. I
own a 2002 toyota rav 4 with 126000 miles 2wd automatic.
I took it to the toyota dealer on 07/07/2020 and my cost to
repair is 5327.58

Bruv that iz absolutly flipeng extorshinate, do nut pay dat man dey ar ripeng yu of. insted rimove engin and riplace with smal tywanese man tu push Xx
