Green fluid

Daughter's 2005 Equinox has green fluid coming
out of the low side ac valve when hooking up a
recharge coupling. Ac will not take any freon.
Gauge reads red (a mechanical problem). Wasn't
sure if the green was dye to find a leak or what it
was. I have never seen this color liquid in an ac
line??

It must be a leak detection dye if it is in the AC system. Are you sure it is not antifreeze?

Ya its dye, thank you! the car dealership didnt remove it after checking for leaks before selling it to her. They are making it right with them.
