typically the front brakes do more work than the rear brakes. Unless it is from the ABS pulsation can be caused by many of the following uneven wheel lug nut tightening. Obtain a torque wrench and make sure the lug nut is tighten to the correct torque specification. wheel hub flange in which the rotors rest on may not be free of light rust or dirt, which could simulate a warp condition. There is a kit made for it from Eastwood Company, or you can try to use a scotch brite pad to sand down light rust warpage on the rotors, either needs to be turned or replaced if the rotors are too thin to turn Grinding noise usually means the brake pads are wearing down to a dangerous thickness. Otherwise if the grinding noise is occasional, it could be brake dust, caused by wearing of pads from normal use.
