i see m.p.h light on and when I use overdrive off it's still on and won't go away everytime I start my car

If the overdrive is turned on/off via button it should be turned off by default everytime you start the car. If the overdrive is turned on/off via stick shift it should retain the last setting by default everytime you start the car.
