If i flash the Hi beams they work but if i try to leave them on there are no headlights at all. all new bulbs and works when i flash them

In my 1995 Toyota t 100, my ac and heat works but the fan speed switch seems to only work on off ,the other speeds are just not working , it just happened. is this an easy fix? 8 Answers

My mechanic can not find the reason for vibrations. Has looked at drive shaft and replaced U joints. Moving tires around, including the spare, has not changed the frequency of vibration.
