How does one change a burnt out instrument panel light bulb?

Is there a way of getting at these lights without disassembling the entire dash?

Hello jrob-- Here is a site which will give you complete instructions for dismantling the instrument panel on your 1995 Toyota Tacoma. Click on the diagrams for a full-sized view.
