I have a 96 Tacoma that won't turn over after me putting new relays,fuses,starter,alternator, battery,terminals,harness what could be my problem

If you run power straight to the starter will it turn over? In other words bypass everything to see what happens. Don't run yourself over and make sure it is in neutral with the brake on or in park.
