Will 18" X Runner rims and tires fit on my 2005 4x4 extended cab Tacoma?

I am looking to give my 2005 4x4 Tacoma some size and height.  I have a friend who has a 2006 X Runner and is upgrading his rims, getting rid of his 18" rims and tires.  Will these rims/tires fit on my truck (currently on the factory 16" rims)?

I would just jack it up and try them out, but he lives out of the area so I don't have that option.  Does anyone have an answer, or any suggestions?

Hello Dan: NO WAY... your 4x4 Taco has a 6-lug bolt pattern and the X-Runner has 5-lug rims. Be that as it may, I'm looking for a set of OEM X-Runner rims. Does your friend still have these rims and tires... and how much is he asking? Also, I'm in the Dallas area. Where does your friend live? Jon
