2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer Vibrating

Hi I have a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer that has a vibration issue. When it is in
drive, it starts vibrating and we have changed the spark plugs and still doing the
same thing. What could be the problem?

In drive while stopped? If no misfire present, look to your motor mounts to be the culprit. Use AC Delco only on the mounts, aftermarkets will crush too much and end up with vibration again prematurely.

it most likely your front grill. i spent so much money trying to fix a problem so simple. a friend came by and he said heres the problem..couldve killed him. it cost me .10 cents in a piece of sturdy foam. solved.
