I have a 2005 Chevy trailblazer LS before I bought it was in a front end collision . Can it be fixed if the drivers side was hit in the front corner?

If the unit body/subframe connection was damaged or bent, repair would likely exceed the value of the car, and that type of damage is nearly always impossible to determine without putting the car on an auto body frame machine. Does your vehicle have a salvage title? Rebuilt title?

The frame didn't get hit but the front bar the holds up the headlights, radiator and stuff. I see a small ripple on the top inside fender aka sub frame
The inside fender and sub frame are two different things. The sub frame may also be called an engine cradle, it also has all the suspension components bolted to it like the control arms. The sub frame then bolts into the car's body shell. A sub frame can be replaced (for instance if it rotted), but if it gets hit or driven back, the connection to the body shell may be bent , or thing like strut towers bent. It can take a lot of work to get those straightened back out. The only real way to know for certain nothing is bent or out of alignment is on a frame machine. If you're driving it and it seems fine, then you likely only have cosmetic damage to the sheet metal or front valance.
