Window regulator not working?

05 chevy trailblazer. Can u swap the rear
right passenger window regulato with the
front passenger window regulator to get the
front passenger window to work. I first
switched the motor and the window went
down when I pressed up but window would
not got back up. Hit it with a tester light
turned on without ever hitting the button

Regulators are different from the front and rear. I would hit the junkyard for a different switch. FYI, for the future, there is a recall for the drivers front master switch. Your year may be included. Affects all years in actuality.
