low beam headlight doesn't work

low beam on passenger side don't work, hi beam does ,fuses are good. what else could it be?

The bulb itself, Hi/Low switch, headlight switch,wiring, socket.
Check the light bulb first. High and low beams use separate bulbs. When replacing these bulbs do not touch the glass part of the bulb. The oils from your fingertips will create hot spots on the bulb and cause premature burn out. Hope that helps! Jim
This is your problem shown in the photo. It's so common, there was a recall done on it for certain years, but it did affect ALL years. Try swapping the relay next to it (fan), you'll have have low beams working again. Either keep a few junkyard relays in your glovebox, or buy the updated relay, it's a wee bit bigger in size.
