My 2005 Toyota tundra is stuck in four wheel high not sure how to get it out any help would be much appreciated

Do you have electric shift or manual shift? Sometimes you have to move the truck back and forth a little to get 4WD to disengage. If you have manual shift it can take a hard pull to get it out of 4x4.

It's electric and I've tried doing that many times just won't come out
