OKAY>>>> FIRST THING TO DO ON FLASHING 4 X4 LIGHTS. 1.) FOR $ 79 DOLLARS THE DEALERSHIP WILL PUT IT ON THE RACK AND RUN A SCAN TO FIND OUT WHATS WRONG ! 2.) THEY WILL GIVE YOU A PRINTED REPORT AS TO WHAT BURNT OUT ISNT WORKING! 3.) NOW THAT YOU KNOW 100% CERTANTY / ACCURACY AS TO WHAT WENT WRONG> YOU CAN PROCEED AS FOLLOWS. 4.) YOU CAN EITHER FIX IT YOURSELF OR LET THE DEALER FIX IT. CAUSES FOR FLASHING LIGHTS 4 X4 ON 2006 TUNDRA >FRONT OR REAR ACTUATOR MOTORS OR THE SENSORS ABOVE THEM OR THE 4X4 SWITCH IN THE TRUCK. GO TO THE DEALER LET THEM RUN DIAGNOSTIC FOR 79 DOLLARS AT NEXT OIL CHANGE OKAY!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO PLAY HIDE AND GO SEEK WITH THIS BECAUSE THE PARTS EITHER WAY DEALER OR AFTER MARKET ARE EXPENSIVE! WITH TOYOTA UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO BUY AN AFTER MARKET 4X4 PART PAY THE DEALER PRICE WHETHER YOU INSTALL IT OR THE DEALER DOES!!! AND DO NOT TAKE IT TO NON DEALER FIX>>FOR CHEAPER PRICE!! THIS IS JUST MY WAY I DID WHEN THE FLASHING LIGHTS ON MY 2006 TUNDRA 4 X4 . 4.7 LITER V - 8 IS APPARENTLY BEST ENGINE >>> MINE RUNS GREAT THESE TRUCKS IF YOU CHANGE THE OIL EVERY TWO MONTHS AND ZIEBART THE FRAME ONCE A YEAR AND NOT BEAT ON THEM YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT TRUCK MINE HAS 490,000 HOPE THIS WORKS FOR THIS IS JUST MY OPINION ONLY.

ONE FINAL THOUGHT TO!! MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE THE OIL EVERY TWO MONTHS YOU ZIEBART THE FRAME ONCE A YEAR AND YOU PAY THE DEALER PRICE $ 700 DOLLAR FACTORY WARRANTY SERVICE !! THEY CHANGE ALL THE FLUIDS GREASE SPARK PLUGS ECT>> DO THAT AND TAKE CARE OF IT YOULL HAVE A FRIEND FOR LIFE!!!! THIS IS THE WAY I TAKE CARE OF MY 06 TUNDRA! ECT FOR 4 WHEEL DRIVE ISSUE NOT ONCE HAS THIS TRUCK BROKE DOWN SHAME THEY DONT MAKE A DIESEL TUNDRA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FOLKS>>> MOTOR OIL DOES LAST BEYOND 3 MONTHS CHANGE YOUR MOTOR OIL EVERY 2 MONTHS LIKE I DO!! THEY SAY TO SWITCH TO SYNTHETIC AT 150,000> IM STILL USING NON SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL @ 490,000 ACTUALLY I CHECKED ITS AT 495,000 MILES ON THE ODOMETER AS OF TODAY. $ 700 DOLLAR FACTORY DEALER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE DONE ONCE A YEAR. MINE GETS DONE IN AUGUST AND IM DONE WITH IT TILL NEXT YEAR SAME TIME

and thats NON SYNTHETIC >>>>> 5 W 30>>> DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS THE DEALER SAYS ITS OKAY!!!! THIS IS JUST MY OPINION ON MY 06 TUNDRA AND AGAIN THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE 4 WHEEL LIGHT BLINKING ISSUE. THESE TRUCKS HAVE 3 ELECTRIC ATCUATOR MOTORS ON EITHER END OF THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE SHAFT AND I BELIEVE 2 SENSORS ON TOP OF THEM PLUS A SWTICH IN THE CAB THATS TIED INTO THE CPU PAY THE $ 79 BUCKS TO RUN DEALER DIAGNOSTIC ON 4 X4 FAILURE ISSUE AND THEN YOU KNOW WHATS WHAT>>> YOU DO NOT WANT TO PLAY COULD AH SHOULD AH WOULD AH I THINK IT IS NOT SURE LETS TRY THIS MAYBE ILL BUY 300 DOLLAR ACTUATOR MOTOR OOOOPS OH THAT WASNT IT LIGHTS STILL BLINKING MAYBE I COULD READ SOME MORE POSTS HEY YOU TUBE MIGHT HAVE SOME ANSWERS??? DONT DO IT >>>TAKE 2 DEALER RUN 79 DOLLAR DIAGNOSTIC NOW YOU KNOW FOR SURE~!~!!!!!!!!!!!! HOPE THIS HELPS YOU HOW I SOLVED MY BLINKING LIGHT ISSUE.
