I'd do a scan to see if there are any pending codes. Could be anything from crank sensor to fuel related issue. Good Luck!

I have a 2008 avalanche and it does the same thing. I changed the fuel pump and it didnt fix it. There is a sensor on the fuel line by the drivers door and I'm going to change it and see if that helps. Also does yours have trouble pumping gas?
