2004 Chevy Blazer turn signal and hazard lights

My son bought a 2004 chevy blazer, but the turn signals do not work and neither do the hazard lights inside or out, front or back? Any help on what this could be?

On my 1998 blazer I had the same symptoms. Replaced the flasher and no change. Ended up being the multi switch on the column that has tun signals, wipers, cruise, high beams and hazards all on the same switch body
