2004 Chevy cavalier won't start making noise.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Been having trouble with my 2004 Chevy
cavalier. Every time I go to turn it on it won't
turn over, and makes a grinding type noise.
I've had this issue before but it would
eventually turn on. But suddenly wouldn't
kick on today. Also having issues with the
antifreeze, I fill the tank but the next day it's
empty and no trace of a puddle

Sounds like the starter is bad..check your oil and c if its a milky color.

Is the starter making a whining sound?

That's what in thinking but not to sure with the antifreeze thing, hoping it's not leaking into the engine. Yea checked it not milky at all, normal coloration. Yea slightly not to much though.

It's the starter if its got a whine to it. It's good that ure oil is not milky. C if ure leaking around any freeze plugs. There's a guy here named Kelley Mayo. He'll know about the water issue. He'll be glad to help you as well..Have a good day my friend..

Oh OK I'll have to listen to it more. OK that's good. OK thank you very much, it's much appreciated.
