I usually need to jump start it after 8 or so hours. I've only had it for a week. It's suppose to be my "winter beater". One mechanic said it could be an electrical problem yet doesn't want to deal with it.

Most likely you have a small draw on the battery. If you do not want to chase it down you could invest in a battery tinder and plug it in every night. I would invest an hour of time and connect a light to the battery then start pulling fuses. When the light dims or goes out you will have found your problem area. Follow your wires from there and find your problem on check parts. Most draws on the battery are created from aftermarket items such as radios, i pods, gauge packages, amps, alarm systems, ect After that check Carfax for the last place it was serviced. That may give you a clue as too what the last repairs were if you do not have a history.

Change the starter! Had the Exact issue with mine. Sounds far out there but it is the problem.
