Replacement key

I only had one key to the car it was stolen I
went to the dealership for a replacement
key and followed all programming
instructions the battery died had it charged
but when I tried to reprogram the key
(unsure if it programmed) all I got when I
turned key was it tried to start then fast
clicking and then no power

Sounds like not getting full battery power to the starter, may have bad battery terminals or terminal wires or connections at starter or frame ground.
Thank you, I've checked all of that. Was thinking the key isn't right or the anti theft is locked. I'll take the battery to get checked, maybe it gave out.
I have 3 sets of keys to my Chevy Malibu 2013 one of them was stolen how can I make it where that key will not unlock my car or start it

Go to the dealership have your other 2 and your car re-programmed for another code or just hope who-ever stole it does not use it.
