blowing cold air when not moving but when car is in motion the driver side
blows warm air and the passenger side blows cool air. when coming to a stop
the air on drivers side begins blowing cool air again

Same here with my 2004 Accord
fixed--culprit was a bad condenser filter--the charcoal filter balls in cylinder had come loose and was plugging up the lines
I have 2004 Honda accord lx a/c blowing out warm air
My problem ended up being the in-line filter breaking down and the beads from it getting into line. As the beads moved from obstruction to part obstruction it would be erratic cooling. It was just by chance that they found the problem.
