SSR 2004 hood prop rod. not very safe

my 2004 has the old style prop rod for the hood.  in 2005 that was changed to a dual rod system auto.  does anyone offer a retro kit for the 2004?

Simple Engineering in Phoenix, AZ sells a retrofit kit for hood props on an SSR.

Simple E. has the best, a little expensive but worth it. Installed by myself on my 2004 s.s..r Also purchased driver door insert for door pull and modified to fit passenger door broken.. IT WORKS. Mitch (not from S E. 2 11 17
